Mouse passed on Friday, Jan 7, 2005.  Her ultrasound showed that her tumor was not operable and there was no way to save her.  To end her suffering, a very kind and gentle vet euthanized her at our home.  She passed painlessly and peacefully in my lap, with her family petting her.   She was a dear companion and she will be sorely missed.

 

I don't think any words I can write will be able to express my gratitude to friends and strangers alike who sent kind words and donations to help with her mounting vet bills.  I know there is a special place in heaven for those who show kindness towards animals.
